Asset Management and Inventory Control

Lockheed Martin maintains desktops, notebooks, servers, printers, and Blackberry smartphones for the US government’s Department of Health and Human Services. LM hired The Studio to create a scalable database and software system used for accurately stored all of the computer assets HHS provisions to more than 20,000 employees and contractors. The Studio maintains a secure database that contains all HHS employee site address and contact information with the computers and smartphones provisioned to them. Custom reporting software was written to set service level, refresh and replacement dates, and create invoices to HHS on behalf of Lockheed Martin.
